| 摘 要： | 目的 研究VEGF、iNOS和eNOS在唇癌的表达及其相关性 ;研究NO和VEGF的相互作用及在促肿瘤生长中的作用机制。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测 4 2例唇癌标本VEGF、iNOS和eNOS的表达及分布。结果 4 2例唇癌组织中 ,表达iNOS的为 6 6 6 7% ,表达eNOS的为 73 81% ,表达VEGF的占 6 1 90 %。VEGF与iNOS的表达具有明显相关性 (P <0 0 1) ,VEGF与eNOS的表达无明显相关性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 VEGF与iNOS的表达具有明显相关性 ,iNOS在VEGF的生成和发挥过程中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the protein expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS), endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in lip squamous cell carcinoma and their correlation and investigate the correlations between iNOS and VEGF, and that between eNOS and VEGF in lip squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Tissue sections from 42 lip squamous cell carcinoma patients were examined for protein expression of iNOS, eNOS and VEGF by the use of immunohistochemistry technique.Results: Positive iNOS, eNOS and VEGF immunostainings were detected at the rate of 66.67%, 73.81% and 61.90% of lip squamous cell carcinoma respectively.The expression of VEGF had a significant positive relation to iNOS but not to eNOS. Conclusion: VEGF and iNOS have a significant positive correlation in lip squamous cell carcinoma. iNOS plays a important role in VEGF development. |
