| 摘 要： | 为评价心率变异性（ＨＲＶ）对充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ）预后判断的意义，对３０例心脏病伴ＣＨＦ和３０例有非心脏而无明显ＣＨＦ患者的ＨＲＶ指标进行了测定，并与３０例正常人作对比分析，结果显示，ＣＨＦ组，非ＣＨＦ组ＨＲＶ均显著低于正常对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１，Ｐ〈０．０５），ＣＨＦ组最大心率与最小心率差值缩小，提示ＨＲＶ降低对ＣＨＦ患者的预后判断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | The studies were conducted in order to investigat the clinical significance of heart rate variability (HRV) in patient with congestive heart failure (CHF). HRV was simultaneously measured in 30 patients with CHF, 30 without CHF and 30 normal controls . The results showed that the HRV was decreased obviously in patients than normal controls (P < 0.00, P < 0.05). The dispersion between heart rate maxinum and minimum was clearly reduced. It suggested that the decreased of HRV may be one of the prognostic predictors in CHF patients. |
