| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨白细胞功能与溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)的相互关系。方法 :选取 42例轻重不同的UC患者和 5 0名健康人 ,测定其白细胞粘附率、中性粒细胞吞噬率和杀菌率。结果 :UC患者的白细胞粘附率、中性粒细胞吞噬率和杀菌率均比健康人明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,UC患者轻、中、重 3组中 ,以上白细胞功能指标亦逐渐降低 ,轻、重度UC患者白细胞功能有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :白细胞功能低下跟UC的发病有关

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between the function of polymorphonuclear neutrophilic leucocytes (PMN)and ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods: By using adhesion tube and phagocytizing candida albicans test, the leukocytes adhesion rate (LAR)?leukocytes phagocyte rate-and disinfection rate were measured m 42 UC and 50 healthyResults: The LAR leukocytes phagocyte rate and disinfection rate were lower in UC than those in healthy controls ( P <0.01).In this three groups of mild, medium and serious patients suffering from UC, the fimction index of the leukocyes decreases gradually.There is anobvious difference in the fumction of leudoeytes between the mild and serious groups. Conclusion: The lowering of the function of leukocytes is connected with the incidence of UC. |
