驱白巴布期片联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风疗效观察

目的:探讨驱白巴布期片联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风的疗效和安全性。方法:将入选的157例白癜风患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组。治疗组口服驱白巴布期片联合外用他克莫司软膏,对照1组口服白癜风胶囊联合外用他克莫司软膏治疗,对照2组口服驱白巴布期片联合外用复方卡力孜然酊。三组共治疗3个月后观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为56.60%,对照1组为36.53%,对照2组为34.62%,治疗组与两对照组有效率分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:口服驱白巴布期片联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风安全、有效,且不良反应小,值得临床推广。

Effect observation of qubai babuqi pian combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of qubai babuqi pian combined with tacrolimus ointment in the trentment of vitiligo.Method 157 patients were randomly divided into treatment group,control 1 group and control 2 group.The treatment group was used drive white babu period tablet combined with tacrolimus ointment.The control 1 group was used vitiligo capsules combined with tacrolimus ointment and the control 2 group was used qubai babuqi pian combined with compound kliziran tincture.Effect was observed after 3 months.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 56.60% and that of control 1and 2 group were 36.53% and 34.62% respectively.The effective rate of control 1 and 2 group was significantly lower than that of treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qubai babuqi pian combined with tacrolimus ointment is an effective method in the treatment of vitiligo and worthy of clinical application.
