丙泊酚联合阿托品用于无痛人工流产的临床观察

目的:观察丙泊酚联合阿托品用于无痛人工流产术的临床效果。方法:观察2003年3月～2011年12月门诊所有行人工流产术患者,自愿选择手术方式,随机分成三组:丙泊酚联合阿托品组、利多卡因组和对照组(不采用任何干预措施)。观察三组的镇痛效果、人流综合征(PASS)发生率、手术时间、术中出血量及不良反应。结果:丙泊酚联合阿托品组镇痛效果明显、人流综合征发生率低,与利多卡因组、对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术中出血量及手术时间与利多卡因组、对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丙泊酚联合阿托品用于无痛人工流产术效果好,不良反应小,安全、价廉、可靠等优点。

Clinical observation of propofol combined with atropine using in painless abortion

Objective To observe the clinical effect of propofol combined with atropine using in the painliess abortion.Method All of the outpatients who voluntarily accepted the operation abortion from March 2003 to December 2011,were randomly divided into 3 groups:propofol combined with atropine group,lidocaine group and the control group(without any intervention).We observed the analgesia impact,incidence rate of PASS,operation duration,bleeding amount and adverse effect in the operation.Results Propofol combined with atropine group had obviously analgesia impact,lower rate of PASS compared with the lidocaine group and the control group,and there were statistical significance remarkably(P<0.01).Whereas there were no statistical significance in the bleeding amount and the operation duration compared with lidocaine group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Propofol combined with atropine had good analgesia impact,little side effect on painless abortion,and it is a safety,economic and reliable method.
