他扎罗汀乳膏联合罗红霉素治疗寻常痤疮临床观察

目的:观察0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏联合罗红霉素治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:将81例患者随机分成对照组和治疗组。对照组31例患者单独外用0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏,1次/d;治疗组50例患者口服罗红霉素150 mg,2次/d,加外用0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏,1次/d;两组疗程均为8周。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率为98.00%和77.42%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对两组治愈的36例患者追踪随访3个月,均未发现有复发病例。结论:0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏联合罗红霉素治疗寻常痤疮疗效显著安全,且使用方便,值得在临床中推广使用。

Clinical observation of tazarotene combined with rulide in the treatment of acne vulgaris

Objective To observe the efficacy of 0.1% tazarotene combined with rulide in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Method A total of 81 patients with acne vulgaris were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups as control group and therapy group.31 patients in control group were received a course of 0.1% tazarotene for external use twice daily for 8 weeks.50 patients in therapy group were received a course of rulide 150 mg twice daily combined with 0.1% tazarotene for external use twice daily for 8 weeks.Results The effective rate of control group was77.42%,and of group therapy was 98.00%.The difference of therapy group and control group was statistically significant(P<0.01).A follow-up survey of three months for 36 cured patients showed that there were no relapse patients in the two groups.Conclusion Acne vulgaris treatment with combined 0.1% tazarotene and rulide was more effective than single treatment with 0.1% tazarotene,and it is convenient to use and worthy for clinical application.
