肱三头肌劈开入路“Y”形锁定钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折

目的:探讨经肱三头肌劈开入路"Y"形锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的手术方法及临床疗效。方法:采用经肱三头肌劈开入路"Y"形锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折32例,男18例,女14例,年龄19～76岁。术前均行三维CT成像重建肘关节。结果:所有手术切口均甲级愈合,所有患者均获得随访,随访时间3个月～2年,平均12个月,骨折均于12周内骨性愈合。按Jupiter肘关节功能评分,优22例,良8例,中2例,优良率93.8%。结论:经肱三头肌劈开入路"Y"形锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折,手术效果满意,患肢功能恢复理想。

Treatment of humeral intercondylar fracture with y-shaped locking plate through triceps splitting approach

Objective To investigate the surgical technique and clinical outcome of Y-shaped locking plate internal fixation for humeral intercondylar fracture through triceps splitting approach.Method 32 patients with humeral intercondylar fracture were treated with Y-shaped locking plate internal fixation through triceps splitting approach,18 males and 14 females,aged 19~76 years.The 3D-CT imaging was established for all cases.Results First grade healed incision and bone union was obtained in all cases.All patients were followed up for 3~24 months,12 months for average.According to Jupiter Elbow Score,the satisfactory rate of treatment was 93.8%(best in 22 cases,better in 8,good in 2).Conclusion Through triceps splitting approach and the application of Y-shaped locking plate is a good method for humeral intercondylar fracture.
