| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻内窥镜下腺样体摘除术的临床效果。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析收治的鼻内窥镜下腺样体摘除术患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组(鼻内窥镜下腺样体摘除术)24例和对照组(传统的腺样体刮除术)8例。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.57,P<0.05)。结论:鼻内窥镜下腺样体摘除术治疗腺样体肥大患者的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广借鉴。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach clinical effect of adenoid operation by nasal endoscope.Method To analyze clinical data of denoid operation by nasal endoscope,which was to be divided into detection group(adenoid operation by nasal endoscope) with 24 cases and control group(conventional curettage of adenoids) with 8 cases.Results The total effective rate of detection group was higher than control group,χ2=28.57,P<0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical effect of adenoid operation by nasal endoscope was obviously,which was northy using. |
