硫化氢对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤后心肌细胞凋亡的影响

摘    要:目的:观察硫化氢(H2S)对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤后心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法:采用在体大鼠结扎冠状动脉前降支30min后,松扎再灌注60min造成心肌缺血再灌注模型,使用TUNEL法进行细胞凋亡检测,使用免疫组化法测定凋亡相关蛋白Caspase_3水平。结果:H2S对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠,减少心肌细胞Caspase_3表达,从而减少心肌细胞的凋亡。结论:H2S对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,可能通过减少缺血再灌注心肌细胞凋亡的机制。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of Hydrogen sulfide(H2S) on apoptosis in myocardia of rats after ischemic-reperfusion.Methods: All rats were subjected to openning chest then the left anterior desending coronary arteries (LAD) were ligated for 30 min and unclamped for 60 min,measure the apoptotic cells by TUNEL, and detect the Caspase-3 by immunohistochemistry.Results: H2S can reduce the expression of Caspase-3,and reduce the apoptosis.Conclusion: H2S has protective effects in ischemia-reperfusion in rats,reducing apoptosis after ischemia-reperfusion maybe its mechanism.
