经骶尾部切除、肠腔"放疗"治疗老年人直肠癌

目的 探讨不能耐受Milles手术的老年人直肠癌患者安全而有效的治疗方法。方法 经骶尾部切口或肛门骶尾切口，切除整个病灶，连同部分健康的肠壁或切除含病灶的整段下直肠，部分病例开腹探查或乙状结肠造瘘。术后肠腔内放射治疗，共3200～4000CGY。结果 29例中，无手术死亡，治疗后3个月至3年，死亡4例，3年生存率为86．2％。结论 直肠部分切除术后肠腔放疗适合老年人直肠癌治疗。

Ascrum tail resection and intestinal cavity radiotherapy for carcinoma of the rectum of the aged people

Objective To discuss for a sa fe and effective treatment for carcinoma of the rectum of the aged people who cann ot undergo the Milles operations.Methods Through making an inci sion of sacrum tail(i.e. sacrum tail of anus) reseced the whole focus of the dis ease together with some parts of the healthy intestinal-wall or to reseced the whole section of lower Rectum containing the focus of the disease.As for this me thod,some part of the cases of disease was done with the exploration on it by in cising into the abdomen or with inserting a fistula into the colon of shape-B.A nd after operations,made radiotherapy to the intestinal cavity with 3200CGY to 4 000CGY altogether.Results Among the 29 cases of the above treat ments,no death happened in the course of operations,only 4 cases of death in bet ween three months and three years after performing the above treatments;And afte r the above treatments,the survival rate among the above 29 cases for three-yea rs length reached 86.2%.Conclusion The resection to part of the rectum plus the radiotherapy for intestinal-cavity after operation is suitable for curing the carcinoma of rectum of the aged people.
