| 摘 要： | 本文回顾性分析了经手术病理证实的8例视网膜母细胞瘤和5例脉络膜黑色素瘤的临床资料及CT表现。CT图像上,前者表现为球内高密度肿块、钙斑及球外侵犯,后者表现为眼球后部肿块,多具有明显强化。为了进行鉴别诊断,附加1例曾误诊为视网膜母细胞瘤后经病理证实的Coat's病,并对两者的CT鉴别进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper retrospectively analyed clinical and CT findings in 8 cases with retinoblastoma and 5 cases with choroidal melanoma. All of the cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology. CT scanning of retinoblastoma revealed intraocular mass with high densities, calcium deposits and extraglobal extensions. That of choroidal melanoma revealed introglobol rear mass with enhancement. For differential diagnosis, we added 1 case with coat's disease verified by histopathology, which had been misdiagnosed as retinoblastoma. |
