| 摘 要： | 采用PI染色法 ,以流式细胞术通过检测DNA含量分析细胞凋亡 ,比较ModFitLT及CEL LQuest软件的分析数据。结果显示 :ModFitLT与CELLQuest软件均可分析细胞凋亡 ,ModFitLT软件更客观、准确。我们建议使用ModFitLT软件进行细胞凋亡相对定量分析 ,CELLQuest软件只用于细胞凋亡的定性分析。

| Abstract: | Analytic data of apoptosis resulted from two softwares, namely ModFit LT and CELLQuest, were compared in a DNA quantitative determination for analyzing apoptosis by propidium iodide staining and flow cytometry. The results showed that although both softwares could be used to analyse apoptosis, ModFit LT was more objective and accurate in the analysis of apoptosis. The authors suggested that ModFit LT be used in quantitative analysis of apoptosis, and CELLQuest be used in qualitative analysis of apoptosis. |
