高校护生对《护士条例》认知状况和学习需求调查

摘    要:目的了解护理高等院校学生对《护士条例》核心内容的认知状况和学习需求。方法自行设计护生对《护士条例》核心内容认知状况和学习需求调查问卷,对240名大专和本科护生进行调查。结果护生对《护士条例》相关知识普遍缺乏,全卷13道相关题目平均正确率只有67.6%;护生的关注点主要聚焦于《护士条例》中护士的权利义务和法律责任、护士的合法权益保障、薪酬待遇、护士注册4个核心内容;有73.9%护生认为有必要设置《护士条例》的教学,72.1%(160名)表示学习《护士条例》对专业知识学习或(和)实习有帮助。结论针对在校护生对《护士条例》的认知普遍缺乏,而大部分护生对学习《护士条例》相关内容有强烈需求的现状,学校或实习医院可以结合实际情况,通过不同途径、不同形式对护生进行相关知识宣教。

Abstract:Objective To understand the cognition of the key information from Regulations on Nurses of students of nursing college and their learning needs.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was employed for 240 junior college students and undergraduates of nursing major.Results Most of students questioned lacked related knowledge.An average accuracy of 13 related exercises was only 67.6%.What students focus on was just four key aspects such as the obligations,legal responsibility,rights guarantee,salary and nursing...
