| 摘 要： | 目的探讨年轻恒牙完全性脱位再植成功的影响因素。方法完全脱位的年轻恒牙在离体10分钟～4小时内清创植入,均未进行牙髓处理。再植后,单颗且邻牙健康者以钢丝＂8＂字结扎,多颗牙或邻牙有病变或有牙槽骨骨折则以牙弓夹板固定2～3周,骨折者延长至4～8周。结果52颗患牙中,成功19颗,有效25颗,失败8颗。结论离体时间,保存方法,根尖孔开放情况,牙周膜、牙槽骨损伤情况影响再植后疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the influential factors to the success of reimplanting young permanent teeth which is complete dislocation. Methods Debride and implant the young permanent teeth which is complete dislocation in 10min-4h. Dental pulp is not disposal. Deligate the single teeth which the adjacent teeth are healthy with steel-wire as ＇8＇ .Splinting the teeth 2-3 weeks, bone fracture 4-8 weeks when more than one teeth, or the adjacent teeth are unhealthy, or fracture of alveolar bone. Results In the 52 teeth, success：19, utility..25, fail：8. Conclusions The time of ex vivo, the way of conservation, the condition of apical foramen, the injery of periodontal ligament and alveolar process effect the reimplant. |
