磁共振在胎儿胸腹部畸形诊断中的应用价值

摘    要:目的:探讨磁共振在产前胎儿胸腹部畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法:从2005年8月~2006年5月期间在上海市第一妇婴保健院产前诊断中心经超声检查诊断或怀疑有胸腹部畸形的59例胎儿,在超声检查后2天内进行MR I检查并作出诊断。59例中,胸部异常9例,腹部胃肠道系统畸形10例,腹壁畸形4例,泌尿系统畸形36例。结果:胸部畸形诊断准确率100%,胃肠道系统、腹壁畸形、泌尿道畸形不论孕妇的何种体位或胎儿何种胎位情况下都可以清晰显示。结论:磁共振可以清晰显示胎儿肺部、胃肠道、泌尿系统结构,为胎儿胸腹部畸形的病因诊断提供重要依据。磁共振值得在胎儿胸腹部畸形的诊断中推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the practical value of Magnetic Resonance for diagnosing in fetal thorax and abdominal abnormalities.Methods:Between August,2005 and May,2006,59 fetuses who had MRI examinations of the fetal thorax and abdomen were diagnosed or suspected abnormalities on ultrasound scanning.In 59 fetuses,9 cases were thorax deformities,10 cases were gastrointestinal tract abnormalities,4 cases were abdominal wall deformities,and 36 cases were genitourinary tract abnormalities..Results:In thorax deformities,the accuracy of MRI diagnosis was 100%.To gastrointestinal tract abnormalities,abdominal wall deformities, genitourinary tract abnormalities,MRI were able to capture the high-quality fetal images regardless of the mother's posture or fetal position.Conclusion:Our results indicate that MRI is useful in assessing fetal thorax and abdominal abnormalities.MRI should be further applied to diagnose the fetal thorax and abdominal abnormalities.
