当前大学生压力应付方式的调查研究

目的探讨当前大学生应付方式特点，为大学生心理辅导提供依据。方法采用应付方式问卷进行调查，调查涉及北京市38所高校，共发放问卷1500份，问卷有效回收1160份。结果平均分最高的2个因子是“解决问题”和“求助”（平均值分别为0．78±0．19和0．61±0．23）；女生比男生更多地应用“求助”的应付方式（t=4．413，P〈0．001）；从大一开始学生的应付方式已趋于稳定，四年内没有多大变化；文科生与理工科生在“求助”、“幻想”、“退避”等因子上有显著差异（t分别为2．515、2．97）和2．272，P〈0．05、P〈0．01和P〈0．05）。结论目前大学生大多采取比较成熟的应对方式，应付方式存在性别、文理科差异，不存在年级差异。

Investigative Research on the University Students'''' Coping Styles

Objective To research the character of coping style of university students and provide the support for the practical psychological consulting. Methods The study investigated 1160 students that came from 38 universities of Beijing by the Coping Style Questionnaire. Results The two highest scores were Resolving Problem and Asking For Help （the means were 0. 78±0. 19 and 0. 61±0.23）, The girls were more used Asking For Help than boys （t=4. 413, P〈0. 001）. There was no significant difference in coping style every grades, There were significant differences between liberal arts college students and engineering college students in asking for help, cherishing illusions, and dodging（t=2. 515, 2. 971, 2. 272; P〈0.05, P〈0. 01, P〈0.05）. Conclu sion The most of the students took active coping styles. There were significant difference between gender and arts and sciences in coping styles, but no significant difference in grades.
