去势小鼠自体冷冻卵巢移植后海马神经元超微结构变化

摘    要:目的观察去势小鼠卵巢移植对大脑海马神经元超微结构变化的影响,探讨卵巢分泌激素对中枢神经系统的作用。方法将去势雌性BALB/C小鼠随机分为移植组、去势对照组和空白对照组,每组各10只。移植组于去势后2周行自体冷冻卵巢解冻移植,移植组于移植2周后、去势对照组和空白对照组于4周后取大脑海马部位观察神经元行形态学变化。结果移植组小鼠大脑神经元超微结构与正常对照组相同,形态及结构完整正常;神经元突触密度较去势对照组增高(P<0.01),而去势对照组小鼠神经元结构欠完整,突触密度也降低。结论去势小鼠行卵巢移植可增加海马神经元突触数,保护神经元的形态结构和功能。

Abstract:Objective To observe the ultrastructure of hippocamp neuron of castrate mouse in transplanting,and to discuss the effect of estrogen on central nervous system.Methods 30 mices were divided randomly into 3 groups.Transplanting group performed transplantation after 2 weeks castrated.After 2 weeks transplanted,control group and castrate control group got hippocamp observed neuron morphology hanging.Results The morphous and structure of neuron ultrastructure in transplanting group was normal;synapes density of transplanting groupwas higher than that of control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Ovary transplanting of castrate mouse could add synapse number and protect morphous structure and function of neuron.
