消痔灵注射加痔上黏膜环切术治疗成人直肠脱垂的临床观察

目的观察消痔灵注射加痔上黏膜环切术(procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,PPH术)治疗直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析34例消痔灵注射加痔上黏环切术治疗成人直肠脱垂临床资料并于术后2、8、24周电话随访。结果对于Ⅰ度及较轻的Ⅱ度(<5 cm)的直肠脱垂有效率100%,临床症状基本消失,排便或腹压增加时无黏膜脱出,肛门收缩有力。手术及住院时间缩短,无明显的术后并发症。结论消痔灵注射加痔上黏膜环切术治疗成人直肠是一种有效是手术方式,安全、有效、操作简单。

The clinical study of the procedure for prolapsed hemorrhoid combined with injection of Xiaozhiling in the treat-ment of rectal mucosa prolapse in adults

Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of procedure for prolepses and hemorrhoids combined with injection of XiaoZhilL- ing in the treatment of rectal mucosa prolapse in adults. Methods A total of 34 patients with rectal mucosa prolapse underwent PPH combined with injection of Xiaozhiling the patients were followed up at 2、8、24weeks after operation with phon. Results The effective rates was 100% for I -II rectal mucosa prolapse. The preoperative clinical symptoms were improved. And no mucosal Prolapse during defecation or increased ab-dominal pressure. Defecation became vigorous and sustained . the operative duration and the hospital stay was shortened. No postoperative com-plication was occurred. Conclusion PPH combined with injection of XiaoZhilLing is safe、Effective、easy in the treatment of rectal mucosa pro-lapse in adults.
