2型糖尿病对卵巢恶性肿瘤患者预后的影响

目的:探讨2型糖尿病对卵巢恶性肿瘤患者预后的影响。方法:选择2002年1月-2012年12月就诊于我院妇科的卵巢恶性肿瘤患者108例为研究对象，根据是否患有2型糖尿病分为糖尿病组和非糖尿病组，随访时间截止到2013年12月。比较两组间基本情况及生存时间，采用logistic回归方法分析2型糖尿病对卵巢恶性肿瘤患者预后的影响。结果:糖尿病组患者FIGO分期为III期者比例（68.1% vs 45.9%）、低分化者比例（53.2% vs 29.5%）均高于非糖尿病组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。糖尿病组患者死亡率（74.5%）高于非糖尿病组（52.5%），生存时间（中位生存时间40个月）小于非糖尿病组（中位生存时间51个月），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。在校正年龄等因素后，2型糖尿病是影响卵巢恶性肿瘤患者死亡的危险因素（OR=1.941，95%CI:1.305-3.431）。结论:2型糖尿病是影响卵巢恶性肿瘤患者预后的危险因素。

Effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus on the prognoses of patients with ovarian malignant tumor

Objective:To explore the effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus on the prognoses of patients with ovarian malignant tumor.Methods:From 2002,1 to 2012,12，108 patients with ovarian malignant tumor who visited in Kailuan general hospital were selected as subjects.All subjects were divided into two groups based on whether complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.All patients were followed up to 2013,12.The baseline and survival time were compared between two groups.The logistic regression method was used to analyze the effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus on the prognoses of patients with ovarian malignant tumor.Results:Patients who complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus had the higher proportion of three stage tumor (68.1% vs 45.9%) and poorly differentiated tumor (53.2% vs 29.5%) than patients without type 2 diabetes mellitus (P<0.05).Patients who complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus also had the higher mortality (74.5% vs 52.5%) and shorter survival time (median survival time:40 months vs 51 months) than patients without type 2 diabetes mellitus (P<0.05).After adjust other infect factors，type 2 diabetes mellitus was the risk factor of death in patients with ovarian malignant tumor (OR=1.941，95%CI:1.305-3.431).Conclusion:Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a risk factor for death in ovarian malignant tumor.
