microRNA-143在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床病理意义

目的:检测肺癌组织及其癌旁组织和正常肺组织中microRNA-143的表达差异，并探讨其可能存在的临床意义。方法:采用Real- time PCR检测来比较人的肺癌组织与相应癌旁组织及正常肺组织中microRNA-143的表达差异，比较microRNA-143基因的表达与患者病理参数的关系。结果:microRNA-143在肺癌组织中的表达低于对应的癌旁组织和正常肺组织（P＜0.05），microRNA-143 的表达程度与患者的性别、年龄、肺癌的病理分型及有无淋巴结转移无关（P＞0.05）。结论:microRNA-143在肺癌组织中的表达下调，提示microRNA-143基因表达下调可能在肺癌的发生发展中起作用。

Clinical significance of microRNA -143 gene expression in non -small cell lung cancer

Objective:To investigate the expression of microRNA-143 in lung cancer and tissues adjacent to carcinoma and normal tissues,and to assess its possible clinical value.Methods:Real-time PCR was used to analyze the expression of microRNA-143,and the correlations of microRNA-143 expression to the clinicopathological features were analyzed.Results:The expression of microRNA-143 in lung cancer was much lower than in the adjacent normal tissues(P＜0.05),the expression of microRNA-143 was not associated with the patients' gender,age,histological differentiation and lymph node status(P＞0.05).Conclusion:microRNA-143 expression is down-regulated in lung cancer tissues and it prompts that microRNA-143 gene may play an important role in the progress of lung cancer.
