| 摘 要： | 程序性细胞死亡4(programmed cell death 4,PDCD4)是近年来发现的与细胞凋亡相关的新肿瘤抑制基因。研究发现PDCD4在多种肿瘤中存在缺失或下调，并影响肿瘤细胞的生物学行为。本文从该基因的发现、与肿瘤发生、发展的关系以及作用机制进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Programmed cell death 4 is a new tumor-suppressing gene related with apoptosis.Many studies found that lack or down-regulate of PDCD4 gene in various tumors,and the PDCD4 gene has some effects on the biological behavior of tumor cells.In this paper,the discovery of PDCD4 gene and the relationship between the gene and tumor genesis,development and pathogenic mechanism are reviewed. |
