| Abstract: | In the process of the development of malignant tumor，incidence of brain metastases is up to 20%~40%.Brain metastases are the most common intracranial tumors and their incidence is increasing.Untreated brain metastases has a poor prognosis and a poor performance status.So，further understanding of the mechanism，and on this basis，optimizing the treatment is very important.The advent of new technologies has led to the discovery of novel molecules and pathways that have better depicted the metastatic process.In this paper，we will briefly review recent research progress in mechanism of brain metastases. |
