腹腔镜与开放手术治疗腹壁切口疝的对比研究

目的:探讨腹腔镜切口疝修补术(LVHR)与开放切口疝修补术(OVHR)的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2010年7月至2014年6月我科收治的137例腹壁切口疝患者的临床资料，分为两组，其中78例行腹腔镜切口疝修补术(腔镜组)，59例行开腹切口疝修补术(开腹组)，对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:所有患者均顺利完成腹壁切口疝修补术。腔镜组手术时间长于开腹组，但两组间比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05)；腔镜组术中出血量、术后住院日、并发症发生率均小于开腹组，两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；腔镜组复发率低于开腹组，但两组间比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。结论:两种手术方法同样安全有效，但腹腔镜切口疝修补术具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、并发症少等优点。

Clinical study on laparoscopic and open treatments on abdominal wall incision hernia

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of laparoscopic incisional hernia repair (LVHR)and open incisional hernia repair(OVHR).Methods:Clinical data of 137 patients with incisional hernia in our department from July 2010 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed including 78 cases in the laparoscopic group and 59 cases in the open group.Results:All the cases were successfully performed．The differences in blood loss,postoperative hospitalization time and complication rate were statistically significant,but there was no differences in operation time and recurrence rate.Conclusion:Both of LVHR and OVHR are safe and effective,LVHR had the advantages of little operation wound,quick recovery,less complications.
