摘    要:目的:探讨原发性肝癌的功能16层螺旋CT成像评估价值。方法:选择2010年8月到2014年7月在我院进行诊治的原发性肝癌患者170例,进行CT常规扫描、灌注成像评估与血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)测定,并进行相关性分析。结果:螺旋CT平扫发现病灶190个,动脉期扫描发现病灶180个,门静脉扫描发现病灶185个。原发性肝癌组患者病灶中心的BF值明显高于癌灶边缘,而BV、TTS与TTP值明显低于癌灶边缘,对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spersman等级相关分析结果显示灌注参数中的BV、BF值与血清AFP呈现明显正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:原发性肝癌应用16层螺旋CT成像扫描能有效反应肿瘤内部及边缘的血流动力学变化,它和肿瘤标记物的表达强度存在一定的相关性,在临床上具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of function 16-slice CT imaging for primary liver cancer.Methods:All 170 primary liver cancer patients were conducted routine CT scans and perfusion imaging and serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) measurement.Results:The spiral CT scan found 190 lesions,the arterial phase scan showed 180 lesions,the portal vein scan showed 185 lesions in the 170 patients.The BF values of lesion center primary were significantly higher than that of the lesion edges in the liver cancer patients,and the BV,TTS and TTP were significantly lower than that of the lesion edges (P<0.05).Spersman rank correlation analysis showed that the perfusion parameters BV,BF values and serum AFP showed significant positively correlation (P<0.05).Conclusion:Function 16-slice CT imaging for primary liver cancer effectively respond to hemodynamic changes within the tumor and the edge,and there is a certain correlation to the the expression of tumor markers.
