| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨原发性肝癌自发破裂出血的诊断与治疗。方法:回顾分析我院2007年-2010年收治28例原发性肝癌自发破裂出血诊治临床资料。结果:症状应结合B超及腹腔穿刺术综合判断，手术治疗生存期为6~28个月，TAE治疗生存期为5~16个月。保守治疗生存期为0~18个月。结论:积极手术和TAE治疗可延长患者生存期，是有效的治疗措施。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the diagnosis and treatment for spontaneous rupture of hepatacellular carcinoma (SRHC).Methods:The clinical data of 28 cases for SRHC were colleted.and analyzed retrospectively.Results:Symptom must combine B-ultrasonagrphy and abdominocentsis to judge synthetically,for the patients with operation survival time was 6~28 months,for the patients with TAE survival time was 5~16 months.The patients with.conservative therapy survival time was 0~18 months.Conclusion:Operation and TAE can prolong survival time. |
