89SrCl2与 99Tc-MDP联合治疗转移性骨肿瘤的临床研究

目的:评价氯化锶（89SrCl2）与99锝-二甲基二磷酸盐（99Tc-MDP）联合治疗转移性骨肿瘤的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。方法:将转移性骨肿瘤患者126名随机分为89SrCl2联合99Tc-MDP治疗组及89SrCl2单项治疗组进行治疗，比较两组疼痛反应情况、骨转移灶的治疗情况以及不良反应的发生率。结果:对于转移性骨肿瘤的镇痛效果，联合治疗组患者中，有效率为23.81%，显效率61.90%，无效率14.29%；单项治疗组患者有效率为12.70%，显效率58.73%，无效率28.57%，两组患者镇痛疗效的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。对于转移性骨肿瘤骨转移灶的治疗效果和不良反应发生率，联合治疗组患者中和单项治疗组患者的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论:氯化锶（89SrCl2）与99锝-二甲基二磷酸盐（99Tc-MDP）联合治疗转移性骨肿瘤疼痛具有明显的效果，也可消退部分转移病灶，不良反应发生率较低，临床效果优于89SrCl2单项治疗效果。

Clinical effect of combination of 89 SrCl2 and 99 Tc -MDP in the treatment of metastatic bone tumor

Objective:To assess the clinical effect and adverse effect of combination of 89SrCl2 and 99Tc-MDP in treatment of metastatic bone tumor.Methods:A total of 126 patients were randomly divided into combination treatment group treated with 89SrCl2 and 99Tc-MDP and single treatment group treated with 89SrCl2.The pain,treatment efficacy and adverse effect of metastatic bone tumor were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of combination treatment group was 23.81%.The recovery rate was 61.90% and ineffective rate was 14.29%.The effective rate,recovery rate and ineffective rate of single treatment group were 12.70%,58.73% and 28.57% respectively.Significant difference was found between the two groups (P＜0.01).For treatment efficacy and adverse effect,there was no significant difference between the combination treatment group and single treatment group (P＞0.05).Conclusion:89SrCl2 and 99Tc-MDP had significant effect on controlling pain,eliminating metastatic lesion and decreasing the adverse effect,which was better than the efficacy of 89SrCl2 treatment.
