大剂量奥施康定治疗癌性疼痛临床安全性评估

目的:探讨大剂量奥施康定治疗癌性疼痛的疗效及安全性。 方法:分析自2011年8月至2013年8月创建癌痛规范化病房治疗期间应用大剂量奥施康定（日剂量≥150mg）患者，观察其治疗效果及应用奥施康定期间药物的相关不良反应。结果:镇痛起效时间18~60 (39±21)分钟。镇痛平均时间（9.1±1.2）天。镇痛总显效率89.9%。未见呼吸抑制、认知障碍、严重脏器损伤等不良反应。 结论:大剂量奥施康定治疗癌性疼痛是安全、有效的，值得临床应用。

The safety assessment of highdoes of oxycontin in treatment of cancer pain

Objective:To observe analgesic effect and main side effect of high does of oxycontin in treatment of the cancer pain.Methods:All patients who accepted high dose of oxycontin during GPM (high dose of≥150mg/d)from 2011 to 2013，were observed effect and side-effect.Results:Onset time 18~60(39±21)min.The average time(9.1±1.2)d.Total effective rote 89.9%.No respiratory drepssion，cognitive impairement and other adverse reactions.Conclusion:High dose of oxycontin is safety and effective.It's worth the clinical promotion.
