ING5在大肠癌中的表达及意义

目的:为研究大肠癌发生发展分子机制，检测分析ING5在大肠癌中的表达趋势及意义。方法:荧光定量PCR法检测临床手术标本中ING5信使RNA的表达，统计分析基因表达与临床病理特征之间的关系，分析影响预后因素。结果:ING5在大肠癌中呈低表达，ING5的表达与病理T、N、M分级及临床TNM分期密切相关，ING5低表达组患者长期无病生存率显著降低。结论:ING5的表达情况与患者无病生存相关并且可作为影响大肠癌预后的一个独立影响因素。ING5与大肠癌的发生发展密切相关。

The expression and significance of ING5 in colorectal cancer

Objective:To examine the expression of ING5 in colorectal cancer by qRT-PCR.Methods:Statistical analysis was performed with the expression of ING5 mRNA that which has been evaluated in 82 primary CRC and paired non-cancerous mucosa samples by qRT-PCR,and study the relationship between the gene expression and clinical variables,and the factors affecting prognosis.Results:ING5 showed a low expression level in colorectal cancer.The expression of ING3 is closely related to pT,pN,pM stage,TNM stage.The Univariate analysis showed that pT,pN,pM stage,TNM stage and ING5 expression may be associated with disease-free survival.But Multivariate analysis showed that only ING5 expression can be used as an independent factor affect the prognosis of colorectal cancer.CRC patients with lower level of ING5 showed shorter disease-free survivals.Conclusion:The expression of ING5 might contribute to the CRC development and progression.
