EphA2、E-钙黏蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中EphA2、E-钙黏蛋白（E-cadherin）的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法，检测60例NSCLC及10例正常肺组织（对照组）中EphA2、E-cadherin的表达。结果:EphA2在NSCLC中的阳性表达率为80.00%，明显高于癌旁正常肺组织20.00％（P=0.001）。E-cadherin在NSCLC中的阳性表达率为58.33%，明显低于癌旁正常肺组织100.00％（P=0.000）。EphA2、E-cadherin蛋白在NSCLC中的表达差异与患者性别、年龄、病变部位无关(均P>0.05)，但与NSCLC的分化程度、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移相关（P<0.05）。结论:EphA2可促进肿瘤细胞的转化、增殖、迁移，E-cadherin可促进肿瘤细胞的迁移，两者在NSCLC中的共同作用导致了NSCLC的恶性进展，可作为临床评估肺癌恶性程度的指标。

Expressions and significance of EphA2 and E - cadherin in non - small cell lung cancer

Objective:To explore the expressions and significance of EphA2 and E-cadherin in NSCLC.Methods:SP immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expressions of EphA2 and E-cadherin in 60 NSCLC specimens and in 10 normal lung tissues.Results:The positive rate of EphA2 in lung cancer was 80.00%,significantly higher than those in the normal tissues （P=0.001）.The positive rate of E-cadherin in lung cancer was 58.33%，significantly lower than those in the normal tissues （P=0.000）.EphA2 and E-cadherin expressions were not correlated with age,gender and tumor position (P>0.05)，but correlated with differential，clinical stage and lymph nodes metastasis (P<0.05)．Conclusion:EphA2 could promotes the transformation，proliferation，migration of tumor cells.E-cadherin could promote the migration of tumor cells.All of them could lead the malignant progress of NSCLC，and could be used as a clinical evaluation index of lung cancer.
