骨桥蛋白在输卵管癌及正常输卵管组织中的表达及临床意义

目的:检测骨桥蛋白（osteopontin，OPN）在输卵管癌及正常输卵管组织中的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化法检测输卵管癌73例和正常输卵管组织31例中OPN的表达情况，分析其与输卵管癌临床参数的关系及其表达对患者预后的影响。结果:OPN以胞膜着色为主，亦有胞浆着色，OPN在正常输卵管组的阳性表达率为87.01%，明显高于输卵管癌组的38.35%，P<0.01。生存曲线分析显示OPN低表达的输卵管癌患者死亡率增高（P<0.05）。结论:OPN表达的减低可能与原发性输卵管癌的发生及预后不良有关。

The Clinical efficacy and expression of osteopontin in fallopian tube carcinoma and nor-mal fallopian tube tissue

Objective:To measure the expression of osteopotin（OPN）in fallopian tube tissue and its clinical efficacy.Methods:The expression of OPN in 73 cases of fallopian tube carcinoma and 31 cases of normal fallopian tube tissue were measured through immunohistochemistry，and to analyze its connection with clinical parameters of fallopian tube and its impact on patients' prognosis.Results:The cell membrane was dyed as well as cystoplasm due to OPN.The positive expression rate of OPN in normal fallopian tube group was 87.01%，significantly higher than 38.35% of fallopian tube carcinoma group(P<0.01).The analysis of survival curve indicates that low expression of OPN in fallopian tube carcinoma led to increasing mortality(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diminution of OPN expression may be associated with the occurrence of primary fallopian tube carcinoma and its prognosis.
