肺癌灌注成像参数与患者生存期的关系

目的:分析不同病理类型肺癌CT灌注参数与患者生存期的相关性。方法:对58例病理证实为肺癌的患者行螺旋CT灌注成像，量化分析灌注参数血容量(blood volume，BV） 、血流量(blood flow，BF） 、对比剂到达峰值时间(time to peak，TTP) 、强化峰值(peak enhance -mentimage，PEI)，与患者生存期做相关性分析。结果:肺鳞癌BV为47.90±20.50，BF为27.75±11.75，TTP 29.65±29.05 PEI为44.50±25.35，鳞癌 BV与患者生存期成负相关(P<0.05)；肺腺癌BV为36.32± 32.15，BF为75.00±25.70，TTP为 20.98±16.62， PEI为52.05±21.57，肺腺癌 BV与患者生存期成负相关(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌部分灌注参数与患者的生存期有关，对临床预后评估具有较大价值。

The correlation between CT perfusion indices and lifetime in patients with lung cancer

Objective:To investigate the relationship between 16-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging and lifetime in patients with different subtypes of lung cancer.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with lung cancer underwent spiral CT perfusion imaging.Blood flow(BF)，blood volume(BV)，and mean transit time (MTT) were quantitatively anatyzed also the between pathological.Then correlation analysis of respective perfusion parameters and the lifetime.Results:BV was 47.90±20.50，BF was 27.75±11.75，TTP 29.65±29.05 and PEI 44.50±25.35 in the lung squamous cell carcinoma.There was a negative correlation between BV and the lifetime in the lung squamous cell carcinoma.BV was 36.32± 32.15，BF 75.00±25.70，TTP 20.98±16.62 and PEI was 52.05±21.57 in the lung adenocarcinoma.There was a negative correlation between BV and the lifetime in the lung adenocarcinoma.Conclusion:Some of the perfusion parameters were associated with the lifetime and may have important value for the prognosis of lung cancer.
