白花蛇舌草总黄酮对肝癌MHCC97-H细胞增殖的抑制作用

目的:观察白花蛇舌草总黄酮（FOD）对肝癌MHCC97-H细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:将生长良好的细胞分为空白组、FOD组、5-FU组及联合组四组，分别干预48小时，观察细胞的形态，MTT法检测其对肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用；流式细胞仪检测FOD对MHCC97-H肝癌细胞凋亡的影响。结果:FOD对肝癌MHCC97-H细胞有显著的抑制作用，并且具有剂量和时间依赖性，不但能使细胞密度减少，细胞变小，核固缩，而且能显著抑制人肝癌MHCC97-H细胞的增殖并诱导该细胞的凋亡(P<0.05)。结论:白花蛇舌草总黄酮能够通过抑制肿瘤细胞生长、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡，明显抑制肝癌MHCC97-H细胞的增殖。

Inhibitory effect of total flavones of Oldenlandia diffusa Willd on the proliferation of hepa-tocellular carcinoma MHCC97 - H cells

Objective:To observe the effect of total flavonoids of Oldenlandia diffusa (FOD) on the proliferation and apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma MHCC97-H cells.Methods:MHCC97-H cells were divided into four groups:control group，FOD group，5-FU group and combined group，intervented for 48 hours，observe the cells form,detect the inhibitory effect on tumor cell proliferation by MTT method and the influence of FOD on apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cell line MHCC97-H by flow cytometry.Results:FOD had significant inhibitory effect on liver cancer MHCC97-H cells with dose and time dependence，not only can make the cells density decreased，cells become small，nuclear pyknosis，and inhibit the apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma MHCC97-H cells proliferation and induce cell apoptosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Total flavones of Oldenlandia diffusa willa can inhibit the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma MHCC97-H cells by inhibiting the growth of tumor cells and promoting the apoptosis of tumor cells.
