超弹镍钛圆丝辅弓在直丝弓矫治器中的应用

摘    要:目的通过在直丝弓矫正器中使用超弹镍钛合金圆丝辅弓配合高刚度主弓丝进行排齐,检验其疗效。方法选择牙列重度拥挤病例48例,其中安氏Ⅰ类错14例,安氏Ⅱ类错26例,安氏Ⅲ类错8例,将各错类型病例再随机分为辅弓组和对照组,其中辅弓组应用超弹镍钛合金圆丝辅弓配合高刚度主弓丝进行排齐,对照组使用镍钛合金丝作为主弓丝排齐牙列,比较各错类型中辅弓组与对照组患者牙列排齐所用时间及弓形变化。结果 3种错类型中辅弓组较对照组排齐时间均显著缩短,未出现牙弓变形,对照组有部分患者出现牙弓变形。结论在直丝弓矫正器排齐阶段,与单纯使用超弹镍钛合金丝作为主弓丝相比,超弹镍钛合金圆丝辅弓配合高刚度主弓丝能快速排齐牙列,且牙弓稳定性良好。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of superelastic nickel-titanium auxiliary archwires combined with high stiffness base archwires on alignment and archform in straight wire appliances.Methods Forty-eight cases of serious crowding(14 cases with Angle Ⅰ malocclusion,26 cases with Angle Ⅱ malocclusion,8 cases with Angle Ⅲ malocclusion) were selected.Patients in each type of malocclusion were randomly divided into the experiment group,receiving superelastic nickel-titanium auxiliary archwire combined with high stiffness base archwire,and the control group,receiving superelastic nickel-titanium only.The time to get alignment was compared between the two groups and the deformation of archform was observed.Results It took significantly less time to get alignment in the experiment group than in the control group(P0.05 or 0.01),and no deformation of archform was found in the experiment group.Conclusion Superelastic nickel-titanium auxiliary archwires combined with high stiffness base archwires in straight wire appliances is effective in alignment with stable archform.
