钼对氯化汞免疫毒性的影响

摘    要:彩免疫毒理学方法,研究了钼酸钼酸钠对氯化汞免疫毒性的影响。结果表明,氯化汞染毒的ICR小鼠血中碳廓清率、SRBC致敏小鼠的DTH反应、DNCB所致的DCH反应和免疫器官系数均低于对照组。预先投以钼酸钠后再给同剂量的氯化汞的小鼠上述各指标都有不同程度提高。说明钼酸钠对氯化汞所致的免疫毒性具有保护作用。

Abstract:Method of immune toxicology was used to investigate the effect of sodium molybdate on immune toxicity of mercuric chloride. The results showed that ICR mice intoxicated by mercuric chloride had lowered clearance rate of charcoal particulates of the blood, delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) to sheep RBC, delayed cutaneous hypersensitivity (DCH) to DNCB and immune organs index when compared with the controls. When the mice were fed with sodium molybdate in advance, then the above indications were raised in different extent when intoxicated with same amount of mercuric chloride. It suggests that mercuric chloride has immune toxicity and sodium molybdate has an antagonistic effect against the immune toxicity induced by mercuric chloride.
