| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低位腰椎间盘突出症患者腹股沟疼痛的临床特点和CT表现。方法319例L4～5和L5～S1单节段腰椎间盘突出的患者,其中34例有腹股沟疼痛,将其临床特点和CT表现与没有腹股沟疼痛的患者进行比较。结果腹股沟疼痛主要见于L4～5节段椎间盘突出,疼痛程度为I～III级,有腹股沟疼痛的患者腰痛症状的发生率减少。结论L4～5节段椎间盘突出最可能发生腹股沟疼痛,窦椎神经可能是腹股沟疼痛的传入神经,部分患者的腹股沟疼痛可能被腰痛、臀部同等症状掩盖。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical features and computed tomography(CT)findings of the patients with groin p ain associated lumber disc herniation.Methods 319patients with singular lower lum ber disc herniation(L 4-5 and L 5 -S 1 )were investigated.There were 34patients with groin pain among them.The clinical features and CT findings of 34patients were compared with th ose of patients with no groin pain.Results Patients with L 4-5 disc herniation were more suffered f rom groin pain(P<0.05).The groin pain classifications were mainly grade I -III.The patients with groin pain had a lower rate low back pain(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with L 4-5 disc herniation were most likely to experience groin pain.The sinuvertebral nerve was indica ted as the afferent nerve of grain pain.Groin pain of some patients could be covered up by symptom as low b ack pain,buttock pain. |
