| 摘 要： | 目的 评估超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值和意义。方法 回顾性分析200例手术病理证实的住院病人的临床和超声资料。结果 超声诊断为急性阑尾炎182例，诊断符合率为91％，误诊4例，漏诊14例，误漏诊率为9％。结论 超声可作为诊断和鉴别诊断急性阑尾炎的首选影像诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Purpose To evaluate the value of ultrasonography for diagnosing acute appendicitis. Methods The retrospective study was done in 200 patients with acute appendictitis confirmed by pathology diagnosed by two dimensional sonogra-phy.Results 182 cases were diagnosed correctly by Ultrasound and the diagnostic accuracy was 91% . 14 cases were missed and 4 cases were not diagnosed correctly by us. Conclusions The ultrasound would be regarded as the first choice for the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. |
