阴茎斜形带蒂皮条翻转埋藏法一期成形修复尿道下裂——附700例报告

目的：总结阴茎斜形带蒂皮条翻转埋茂法治疗尿道下裂一期成形术的疗效。方法：回顾性分析７００例尿道下裂患者采用表茎斜形带蒂皮条一期治疗尿定裂的临床资料。结果：治愈９５％,阴茎矫正满意,尿道外口为正位或冠状沟,无尿瘘,排尿畅。５％患者 发生并发症,均经再次手术而治愈。结论：阴茎斜带蒂皮第翻转埋藏法治疗尿道下裂一期成形术,手术简单,成功率高,不受尿道缺损长度的限制,适用于各种类型的尿道下裂。

One stage plastic repair for hypospadia by turning-over embedding method of penile oblique pediculated strip (report of 700 cases)

Objective: To evaluate the outcomes of hypospadia by one stage urethroplasty with turning-over embedding method of penile pediculated strip. Methods: The clinical data of 700 hyppospadias,patients underwent one stage urethro- plasty with turning-over embedding method of penile oblique pediculated strip were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 95% of patients recovered with satisfactory orthopae-dics of penis. The external orifice of urethra is in the front position or coronary sulcus. No urine fistula and dysuria occurred. 5% of patients had complications, all of which were corrected by second operation. Conclusion: One stage urethroplasty with turning-over embedding method of penile oblique pediculated strip is a simple and successful treatment for hypospadia. It is effective for all kinds of hypospadias since there is no limit for the length of urethra destruction.
