| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肿瘤转移相关基因1（M TA 1）蛋白表达与乳腺癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测56例乳腺癌组织中M TA 1蛋白及雌激素受体（ER）的表达。结果56例乳腺癌组织中39例M TA 1蛋白阳性表达,阳性率为69.6%（39/56）。M TA 1高表达与乳腺癌组织学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）,与年龄和ER状况无关（P〉0.05）。结论M TA 1蛋白可作为诊断乳腺癌转移复发的参考指标,并有望成为乳腺癌基因治疗的新靶点。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the relationship between MTA1 gene expression and biological behavior of human breast cancer.[Methods] SP immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of MTA1 protein and estrogen receptor(ER) of 56 human breast cancer samples.[Results] The positive rates of MTA1 protein was 69.6%(39/56).The over-expression of MTA1 protein was significantly related with differentiation degree,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P< 0.05),and was not related with age and ER(P> 0.05).[Conclusion] MTA1 can be used marker for evaluation of tumor malignancy,judgment of recurrence and metastasis in patients with breast cancer.MTA1 has promise of becoming a novel target for brest cancer gene therapy. |
