Survivin、Ki-67核抗原在涎腺基底细胞腺瘤、癌中的意义

目的探讨涎腺基底细胞腺瘤、癌中survivin表达与Ki-67核抗原表达的相关性,了解其在肿瘤恶性增殖及良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测15例正常涎腺组织、28例涎腺基底细胞腺瘤、23例基底细胞腺癌组织中survivin及Ki-67核抗原的表达;RT-PCR分析2例涎腺基底细胞腺瘤及2例涎腺基底细胞腺癌survivin、Ki-67的mRNA表达水平。结果 Survivin及Ki-67核抗原在正常涎腺组织、基底细胞腺瘤、基底细胞腺癌中的表达依次递增,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);Ki-67核抗原的表达随survivin表达增加而上升(P0.05)。涎腺基底细胞腺癌survivin mRNA表达水平高于基底细胞腺瘤。结论 Survivin、Ki-67核抗原的过度表达可能参与涎腺基底细胞腺瘤的恶性增殖过程,并且可作为基底细胞腺瘤、癌的鉴别诊断分子指标之一。

The role of survivin and Ki-67 nuclear antigen in basal cell adenoma and adenocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship between survivin and Ki-67 nuclear antigen expression gland and to know the malignant proliferation and differential diagnosis value in basal cell adenoma and adenocarcinoma of the salivary gland.Methods Expressions of survivin and Ki-67 nuclear antigen were detected by immunohistochemistry in normal tissue（n=15）,basal cell adenoma（n=28） and basal cell adenocarcinoma（n=23）.The mRNA levels of survivin and Ki-67 nuclear antigen were detected by RT-PCR in 2 cases of basal cell adenoma tissues and adenocarcinoma tissues.Results Expressions of survivin and Ki-67 nuclear antigen in normal tissue,basal cell adenoma and basal cell adenocarcinoma were gradually increased（P〈0.01）.The expression of Ki-67 was increased with the increment of survivin expression（P〈0.05）.The mRNA levels of survivin was higher in salivary gland basal cell adenocarcinoma than that in salivary gland basal cell adenoma.Conclusion Overexpression of survivin and Ki-67 nuclear antigen may promote malignant proliferation of basal cell adenoma of the salivary gland and to be one of the differential diagnosis molecular marker of salivary gland basal cell adenoma and adenocarcinoma.
