摘    要:目的探讨养肝利胆颗粒与维生素c对小鼠慢性四氯化碳中毒引起肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用四氯化碳制作小鼠慢性肝损伤模型,检测小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和肝脏组织结构病理变化,给予养肝利胆颗粒及养肝利胆颗粒加维生素C治疗,比较两组对损伤肝细胞的保护作用。结果养肝利胆颗粒可显著降低由四氯化碳引起的小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶升高,明显改善肝组织的损伤,养肝利胆颗粒加维生素C效果更加显著。结论养肝利胆颗粒加维生素C能显著改善四氯化碳中毒导致的小鼠慢性肝损伤。

Abstract:Objective To observe the protection of nourishing liver and cholaneresis grains(NLCG) and vitamin C against mice chronic hepatic injury caused by carbon tetrachloride(CCL) poisoning. Methods Mice chronic hepatic injury models were made using CCL, serum ALT and AST as well as pathological changes of liver tissue structure detected; then either NLCG or NLCG plus vitamin C were given to them, their protections against hepatocellar injury compared. Results NLCG could notably lower the mice serum ALT and AST elevation caused by the CCL,improve liver tissue injure, and effectiveness of NLCG plus vitamin C were more significant. Conclusion NLCG plus vitamin C can significantly improve chronic hepatic injury caused by carbon tetrachloride poisonining.
