| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨代谢综合征的发病机制。方法：运用中医学的整体观念、辨证论治思想,从痰瘀方面论治代谢综合征的发病机制。结果：＂痰瘀＂是代谢综合征的中医病理因素。结论：痰瘀是贯穿代谢综合征主要证候的中心病理因素,两者互相影响、互相转化。

| Abstract: | Objective：To measure the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome.Methods：To analyze the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome by utilizing the concepts of holism and syndrome differentiation and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）,from the perspective of phlegm and blood stasis.Results：The phlegm and blood stasis is pathological factors of metabolic syndrome（MS） in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.Conclusion：The phlegm and blood stasis is the major pathological factors of the main symptom complex of metabolic syndrome（MS）,which are interacted and mutually transformed. |
