| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺＂五泉穴＂对痉挛性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者采用单盲法依随机数字表分为针刺＂五泉穴＂组（极泉、天泉、曲泉、阴陵泉、涌泉）30例;对照组采用传统治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪的穴位（环跳、阳陵泉、足三里、解溪、昆仑、大椎、肩髃、曲池、外关、手三里、合谷）30例。结果：两组比较,针刺＂五泉穴＂组对改善痉挛性瘫痪疗效较好。结论：针刺＂五泉穴＂治疗痉挛性瘫痪疗效好,起效快,是治疗痉挛性瘫痪较理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：The effect of acupuncture five quan point treatment for the spastic paralysis.Methods：Sixty patients were randomly divided into acupuncture five quan point group（30 cases）and the traditional acupuncture point group（30 cases）.Results：Compared with the controlled group,the treatment group was better at treating the spastic paralysis.Conclusion：The acupuncture five quan point therapy has better effect to treat for the spastic paralysis. |
