| 摘 要： | 目的：建立心舒康胶囊质量控制标准。方法：采用薄层色谱（TLC）法对处方中葛根、川芎、丹参、赤芍进行了定性鉴别研究;采用反相高效液相色谱法对样品中的葛根素进行了含量测定。结果：TLC定性鉴别斑点清晰,灵敏度高,色谱特征明显,专属性强;含量测定葛根素的平均回收率为99.72%,RSD为1.49%（n=6）。结论：该法简便、准确、专属性强,可作为心舒康胶囊的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the quality standard for Xinshukang Capsules.Methods：TLC was performed to Pueraria lobata,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Paeonia lactiflora.HPLC was used to determine the content of puerarin.Results：TLC plates were clear without the interference of the blank control.The average recovery rates of puerarin were 99.72%,RSD=1.49%（n=6）.Conclusion：The methods of identification and quantification were accurate,realizableand reproducible.It can be used effectively for the quality control of Xinshukang Capsules. |
