双侧星状神经节交替阻滞治疗顽固性失眠的临床观察

目的：观察双侧星状神经节阻滞（SGB）治疗顽固性失眠的临床疗效。方法：采用2％利多卡因3mL加0．9％氯化纳注射液对36例顽固性失眠患者行双侧星状神经节交替阻滞。每日1次，10d为1个疗程，采用治疗前后自身对照法。结果：1个疗程后77．8％的患者能在20min内入睡，58．3％的患者睡眠时间持续6h以上，63．9％的患者夜间觉醒次数为0，72．2％的患者对自己睡眠改善的评价满意。上述各项指标与治疗相比，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：双侧星状神经节阻滞治疗顽固性失眠疗效确切，副作用少，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Alternating Bilateral Stellate Ganglion Block Treatment for Intractable Insomnia

Objective：To observe the efficacy of bilateral stellate ganglion block （SGB） in the treatment of intractable insomnia. Methods：Alternating bilateral stellate ganglion block was administered in 36 patients with intractable insomnia who were given 3 mL 2% lidocaine plus 0.9% sodium chloride injection. One time per day with 10 d as a course of treatment and self - control method was used before and after treatment. Results：77.8% of patients could fall asleep within 20 min after one course of treatment,58.3% of patients could continue to sleep more than 6 h,the number of nocturnal awakenings of 63.9% of patients was zero,and 72.2% of patients improved their assessment of sleep satisfaction. Compared with the treatment of the above indicators, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Bilateral stellate ganglion block treatment of intractable insomnia is effective with little side effects and is worthy of clinical application.
