《耳鸣中医诊疗指南》的德尔菲法评价与结果分析

目的：根据中医耳鼻喉科行业专家对《耳鸣中医诊疗指南》初稿框架以及诊治意见的集中与协调程度,制定科学实用的中医诊疗文件。方法：采用德尔菲（Delphi）法,在文献计量研究基础上编制《专家问卷调查表》,向全国中医及中西医耳鼻喉科专家发送57份和53份问卷调查,并进行1次专家会议,对第1、2轮问卷结果进行分析。结果：2次调查问卷分别收回有效问卷为48份与44份,专家积极系数分别为84.2%与83.0%,制定出《耳鸣中医诊疗指南》初稿,专家对其中指标意见的集中程度与协调程度较高。结论：专家的分布地区广,参与性较高,具有代表性,调查涉及的条目基本得到专家认可。

Delphi Evaluation and Result Analysis of Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment of Tinnitus

Objective：To formulate the practical TCM diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus according to the concentration and coordination opinions of experts in TCM ENT on The Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment of Tinnitus.Methods：By applying the Delphi method,Expert Questionnaires were designed based on the bibliometrics research.57 copies of Expert Questionnaires were distributed to ENT experts of TCM and 53 copies to ENT experts of Chinese and Western Integrative Medicine.One expert meeting was held to analyze the questionnaire results in the first and second rounds.Results：48 and 44 valid questionnaires were retracted respectively from the two rounds and the active coefficients of the experts were 84.2% and 83.0% respectively.The draft of The Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment of Tinnitus was set down.The concentration and coordination degree of the experts＇ opinions on this book was obviously high.Conclusion：The experts who come from all over China are actively involved and represent the typical opinions of all experts in this field.The investigated items in the frame of The Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment of Tinnitus are basically recognized by the experts.
