| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨雷公藤多苷片治疗过敏性紫癜临床疗效。方法：将90例患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组40例，治疗组在对照组基础上服用雷公藤多苷片治疗，对照组常规治疗，共治疗56d。结果：治疗组临床症状、体征消退时间明显短于对照组；发生肾脏损害治疗组低于对照组；两组有效率比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：雷公藤多苷片治疗过敏性紫癜有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe tripterygium glycosides tablet in the treatment of allergic purpura. Methods：90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 50 patients and control group of 40 patients. The treatment group were given tripterygium glycosides tablet on the basis of conventional treatment while the control group were given conventional treatment. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Results：The clinical symptoms and signs of regression time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group ; the occurrence of kidney damages in the treatment group was lower than the control group; the total effefftive rates between the two groups were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Tripterygium glycosides tablet has significant effect in the treatment of allergic purpura. |
