膝红汤合消肿止痛膏治疗恶性肿瘤下肢淋巴水肿临床研究

目的：探讨膝红汤合消肿止痛膏外敷治疗恶性肿瘤下肢淋巴水肿临床疗效。方法：选择恶性肿瘤下肢淋巴水肿患者90例,随机分为治疗组60例,对照组30例。对照组采用局部功能锻炼及全身治疗方法。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服自拟膝红汤及外敷消肿止痛膏治疗,两组均治疗2疗程。结果：治疗组有效率86.7%,对照组有效率46.7%,治疗组在改善临床症状,提高生活质量方面明显优于对照组。结论：膝红汤合消肿止痛膏外敷是治疗恶性肿瘤下肢淋巴水肿的有效方法。

Clinical Research on Xihong Decoction Combined with Xiaozhong Zhitong Plaster in the Treatment of Lower Limb Lymphedema of Malignant Tumors

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Xihong Decoction combined with Xiaozhong Zhitong Plaster for the external application in the treatment of lower limb lymphedema of malignant tumors.Methods：90 patients with lower limb lymphedema of malignant tumor were randomly divided into treatment group of 60 patients and control group of 30 patients.The control group adopted local functional exercise and systemic treatment,while the treatment group received additional treatment,Xihong Decoction combined with Xiaozhong Zhitong Plaster for external application based on the treatment given to the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 courses.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,while the effective rate of the control group was 46.7%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms and quality of life.Conclusion：Xihong Decoction combined with Xiaozhong Zhitong Plaster for the external application is effective in the treatment of lower limb lymphedema of malignant tumors.
