滋阴活血汤治疗阴虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

目的：观察滋阴活血汤治疗阴虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：75例确诊的阴虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，根据就诊先后顺序，按照随机数字表法随机分为2组。对照组采用维酶素片，16g／次，3次／d，口服；治疗组采用滋阴活血汤，1剂／d，水煎服。2组均以90d为1个疗程。结果：①两组疗效比较，经两独立样本非参数检验，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组。②两组有效率比较经X2检验，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组。结论：滋阴活血汤治疗阴虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎，有满意的临床疗效，且依从性好，副作用小，值得进一步研究。

Study of Ziyinhuoxie Soup in Treating Yin Deficiency Blood Stasis Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Syndrome

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of ziyinhuoxie soup in treating yin deficiency blood stasis chronic atrophic gastritis syndrome. Methods ：75 cases diagnosed Yin deficiency blood stasis syndrome patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups according to the order in accordance with the doctor and random digital tables. The control group was treated with WeiMeiSu piece, 16 g tidpo;The treatment group with ziyinhuoxie soup, qdpo. Two groups are 90 d for a treatment course. Results： （ 1 ） Comparison of the curative effect of the two independent sample has non-parameter test, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） ,the treatment group than in control group. （ 2 ） the two group total effectiveness rate compare is statistically significant, differences （P 〈 0.05 ） , the treatment group than in control group. Conelusion：Zi Yin huoxue soup treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis yin deficiency blood stasis syndrome has a satisfactory clinical curative effect,, side effect was small,deserves further study.
