摘    要:目的 观察GC颗粒对实验大鼠血液流变学及凝血功能的影响.方法 采用番泻叶水浸液灌胃16 d复制大鼠脾虚模型,给药7 d,测定血液流变学指标;正常大鼠灌胃给药7 d,测定APTT,PT,TT及出凝血时间.结果 GC颗粒能降低脾虚大鼠全血低、中、高切变率血液粘度、血浆粘度以及血小板聚集率,明显缩短大鼠凝血系统活化部分凝血酶...

Abstract:Objective Observe the impact of GC granule on rats hemorheology and coagulation. Methods Spleen-deficiency model was established by gavage rats with senna aqueous infusion for 16 days, and then check the indicator of hemorheology. Normal rats by gavage for 7 days to determine activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT) and coagulating time. Results GC granule can reduce blood low, medium and high shear rate blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation, significantly shorten APTT, PT, TT and coagulating time of blood coagulation system in rats. Conclusion GC granule treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding may be related to which improve the hemorheology, shorten APTT, PT, TT and coagulating time of blood coagulation system in rats.
