论脾与恶性肿瘤的关系

目的：探讨脾与恶性肿瘤发病及防治的关系。方法：通过对文献的整理、归纳,分析脾在恶性肿瘤发病和防治中的作用。结果：脾主运化、升清,为后天之本,气血生化之源的重要生理功能可以看出脾与恶性肿瘤发病有密切关系,在肿瘤的防治中有着重要意义。结论：从脾着手防治恶性肿瘤,能提高肿瘤的临床疗效,改善患者的生存质量。

Discussion on the Relationship between the Spleen and Malignant Tumor

Objective：To investigate the relationship between the spleen and the pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.Methods：The functions of the spleen in the pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of malignant tumors were analyzed through the collection and summarization of the literature.Results：Spleen,as the acquired foundation and the source of the generation and transformation of qi and blood,is in charge of transformation and transportation as well as ascending the essence.From these important physiological functions,it’s concluded that spleen is closely related with the pathogenesis of malignant tumors and plays a significant role in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.Conclusion：To prevent and treat malignant tumors from the aspect of spleen could enhance the clinical efficacy of malignant tumors and improve the life qualities of patients.
